How do you cope with your stress?
Do you have a way to make the stress go away?
Some people like the beach, some like the mountain to recharge their energy. Yes, vacation is necessary for your sanity but it is not always the only answer.
Have you ever experienced some stress even after you have gone on a vacation?
Well in my view, vacation is necessary to have new experiences and vibes, but you can also release your stress at your own home.
By doing what? By doing the things that you love doing, gardening, watching your favorite drama, doing something new around the house, rearranging your bedroom, put some fresh flowers, put more colors into your room, etc.
But other than all of those activities you can also do a meditation. For me, meditation helps me a lot with my own anxious thoughts or stress. It might sound too woo woo but this has helped me a lot during my own healing journey.
As a person who feels a lot, doing this energetic boundaries help a lot. And yes, through meditation. And yes, the peace of mind can be achieved just by staying in your own room or home.
You can’t clear your mind during meditation? Well good news! You don’t need to be! Just let your thought running around and just observe them and don’t engage. It will subside when you don’t engage. Focus on your breathing in and out and be the observer of your own thought.
