What Morning Routine That Improves Your Mood
What is your morning routine?
For me personally, I try to do an exercise at least 3 times a week to feel fit and energize. Before that I meditate for an hour but I shuffle the schedule sometimes so that it won’t get boring.
The morning sun and vibe of nature is very healing, in my view. Being out with the trees and grass and the sound of the wind, is very therapeutic.
Breathing fresh air and feel the wind blows is refreshing. Or if it is too heavy I only do some walk around the house and the neighborhood just to be by myself and I could usually hear myself much more clearly this way.
